Groceries
Staniel Cay has three grocery stores as well as one liquor store. Fresh produce is shipped in once a week (usually on a Thursday). Bottled, canned and dry goods are readily available. Basic fruit, vegetables, dairy and meat products are usually in supply.
If you are flying by charter plane from Nassau, we recommend liaising with Yogi who will shop at the local Fresh Market (they have a wide variety of goods including organic produce) and deliver to the airport. Please speak to your pilot about luggage/weight restrictions.
